QUALITY SYSTEM
In 2003, CEI Srl obtained the certification of Quality
Management System in accordance with the UNI EN
ISO 9001.
Our products comply with the Machinery Directive
2006/42/EC, the Electromagnetic Compatibility
Directive 2014/30/EU, the Low Voltage Directive
2014/35/EU as amended. Also compliant with the
regulations RoHS, REACH and other European laws
on restriction of hazardous chemicals in electrical
devices.
TERMS OF WARRANTY
CEI
Srl
guarantees
that
the
products
are
free
from
faults/defects
for
a
period
of
one
year
from
the
date
of
delivery
(as
attested
by
the
delivery
document).
The
Customer
must
report
in
writing
immediately
the
presence
of
defects/faults.
The
products
subject
of
a
complaint
should
be
sent
to
CEI
Srl
–
Corso
P.
Levi,
7
-
10098Rivoli
(TO),
costs
and
expenses
will
be
covered
by
the
Customer,
unless
otherwise
agreed
between
the
parties,
to
make
the
necessary
checks.
CEI
Srl
may,
at
its
discretion,
choose
to
repair
or
replace defective products.
1.The guarantee will not be recognized if:

product
has
been
damaged
during
transport
or
has
been
kept
in
storage
by
the
Customer
or
by
third parties in inadequate conditions;
3.The
defect
was
caused
by
exceeding
the
limits
of
use
(temperature,
supply
voltage,
etc.)
Asdefined
in
the technicalspecifications, or incorrectapplication;
4.The
product
has
been
modified
or
repaired
by
the
customer
or
third
parties
without
the
prior
written
consent from CEI Srl.
RESPONSIBILITY
1.The
responsibility
of
CEI
Srl
is
limited
to
the
obligation to repair or replace the defective product.
2.Except
in
the
case
of
fraud
or
gross
negligence,
the
total
cumulative
liability
of
CEI
in
no
case
exceeds
the
purchase
price
paid
by
the
Customer
for
the
product
supplied.
Customer's
right
to
be
indemnified
will
therefore
be
limited
to
a
maximum
amount
equal
to
the value of products that are defective.
3.In
no
event
CEI
Srl
can
be
liable
for
any
indirect
or
consequential
damages
of
any
kind,
such
as,
for
example,
losses
resulting
from
Customer
downtime
or loss of profit.
4.The
above
guarantee
(ie
obligation
to
repair
or
replace
the
product)
is
in
lieu
of
any
warranty
or
liability
provided
by
law,
and
excludes
any
other
Seller's
liability
(both
contractual
and
extra-
contractual)
which
may
arise
from
the
products
supplied.
